Wordpress Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom WordPress/shopify themes themes and plugins.
• Customize and optimize existing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites function well on all devices.
• Ensure high-performance and availability of WordPress websites.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Conduct website testing and debugging to maintain a seamless user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices for WordPress development.

Requirements:

Hands on with PHP is a requirement.

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a strong portfolio of past projects.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Hands on experience with popular page builders such as Elementor, WpBakery, Divi Page builder, Fusion Builder, Beaver Builder, Gutenverse/Gutenberg etc.
• In-depth knowledge of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and coding standards.
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and website performance.
• Experience with SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WooCommerce and other popular WordPress plugins.
• Familiarity with website analytics and A/B testing tools.
• Knowledge of modern development tools and workflows, such as CI/CD, Webpack, and Node.js.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
