Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Configure and support Workday HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, etc.).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and functional issues across Workday environments.
• Perform data migration, validation, and ensure system integrity during upgrades.
• Support Workday reporting and analytics using Calculated Fields, BIRT, and Advanced Reporting.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for solution design and deployment.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in Workday HCM configuration and integration development.
• Hands-on expertise with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of Workday business processes and security configuration.
• Experience in data migration, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Good knowledge of XML, XSLT, and web services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory

• Workday Certification in HCM / Integration/ Studio.
