Workday Platform Lead

Summary:
Workday Platform Lead at Systems Limited will oversee system architecture, ensure the platform is scalable to meet the organization’s needs, and guide the team in optimizing Workday functionality. This leadership role requires a deep understanding of Workday, strong platform management experience, and the ability to plan and execute strategic initiatives to align Workday with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and define the overall strategy for the Workday platform, ensuring alignment with the organization's business goals and objectives.
• Oversee the system architecture of Workday, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency of the platform as the organization grows.
• Manage and guide a team of Workday professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in Workday functionality and capabilities.
• Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand organizational requirements and ensure the Workday platform is configured to meet these needs.
• Ensure the seamless integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, providing oversight on integration processes and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Guide the planning, design, and implementation of system enhancements, updates, and new modules to improve functionality and meet evolving business needs.
• Provide leadership in the governance of Workday configurations, ensuring best practices and standards are followed in system implementations and ongoing management.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams to optimize Workday processes and workflows, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.
• Monitor the performance of the Workday platform, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction while identifying opportunities for system improvements and innovations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday updates, features, and best practices to keep the platform aligned with the organization's evolving requirements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements through effective platform management and system configurations.

Requirements.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with Workday, with at least 3 years in a leadership or platform management role.
• Working certification in one or more modules is highly desirable.
• Extensive experience with the Workday platform, including a deep understanding of multiple Workday modules(HCM, Financials, payroll, etc)
