Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Automation Engineer to join our team! This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who have a keen interest in automation and data analysis. As an Automation Engineer, you will work closely with our clients to streamline their processes by designing, building, and implementing automation workflows. This position offers hands-on experience in automation, quality assurance, and data analysis, making it a fantastic entry point for those looking to build a career in automation and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, or Python.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their processes and design automation solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Conduct data analysis to ensure automations meet client specifications and deliver measurable value.
• Perform quality assurance checks on automations, ensuring reliability and accuracy in data flow and functionality.
• Document workflows, processes, and key metrics to maintain quality standards and aid in future optimizations.
• Prioritize attention to detail and continuously monitor automation systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Make.com, Zapier, or Python programming (6 months of experience or demonstrated projects preferred).
• Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for troubleshooting.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
