Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate cross functionally on the execution of our first Edible store in Pakistan, and successful run the launch campaigns
  • Develop a global strategy, that firmly positions Edible PK for growth
  • Maximize consumer engagement by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, increasing traffic, improving conversion, and driving sales growth
  • Identify marketing trends, new technologies, evolving best practices, competitor activity and testing opportunities that help drive the business forward
  • Lead the execution of exceptional operational practices while striving to exceed sales and service goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the overall operational effectiveness of the store, including proper cash handling procedures, following all food and safety procedures and compliance with all policies
  • Possess strong knowledge of Edible® product line and brand standards
  • Recruit, hire, lead and develop team members
  • Provide training, coaching and development for team members to lead them in overall sales achievement while providing an outstanding customer experience and maintaining profitability goals
  • Ensures store has adequate shift coverage all times, while adhering to scheduling and labor guidelines
  • Adjust sales tactics as necessary to meet sales targets
  • Manage perishable and non-perishable inventory
  • Utilize strong decision-making skills to successfully solve customer issues and achieve customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a marketing plan that supports corporate initiatives and establish a local marketing plan that is pertinent to Pakistani market
  • Ensure local community involvement to establish Edible in your market, support community initiatives and develop awareness of Edible products
Skills:
  • Experience of 8 – 10 years in retail / food and beverages industry
  • Ability to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team-building, performance management and leadership skills with ability to mentor others
  • Consistently demonstrates high energy and passion in a sales environment
  • Positive attitude and enjoys developing team members
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Organization and planning skills
