The Role


The position offers a chance to lead Shell's agenda with local key accounts and prospects in Multan Territory comprising of General Manufacturing (Sugar, Textile and Fertilizer) sectors. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can work with speed and simplicity across internal and external boundaries.



The role creates the space for highly capable individuals with both techno-commercial mindset and B2B knowledge to challenge addressing the gaps between current and future vision and collaboration with local key accounts. The complex nature of the customer as well as their requirements will require extensive liaison with operational teams within Shell.



  • This position is accountable to the large general manufacturing key accounts within Multan Territory in the B2B space and responsible for developing the strategy to strengthen our share in the direct business
  • Accountable for delivering volume and margin targets for B2B customers in Multan.
  • Accountable for Sales Behaviors(Sales 1st leadership objectives) for self in line with B2B channel strategy.
  • Manage and maximize volume and margin of existing Key Accounts through effective use of our CVPs, cross business synergies, tactical pricing, and a range of selling techniques etc.
  • Informally lead core teams consisting of multi-functional supporting staff from Shell to grow share of wallet of existing customers and to turn prospects into customers.
  • Work closely with Sales Support contact(s) to manage customer set up, amendments, pricing, rebates etc. are setup in the system in a timely manner.
  • Work in close coordination with Supply Chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and delivery targets.
  • Have an in depth knowledge of the key competitors, customers and their value chains, to understand their strengths and weaknesses thereby exploiting opportunities arising from these.
