Your tasks and responsibilities


  • You will be responsible for preparation and monthly follow up of Healthcare Service target agreement and quarterly business reviews.

  • You will be Implementing service targets based on the installed base development, the contractual/non-contractual work and service sales programs in accordance the defined Healthcare target agreement.

  • You will provide support to the local sales organization / modality manager in sales tenders for optimum service pricing keeping in view the organization profitability needs.

  • You will work with Country Service Manager to drive strategies to maximize contract capture rate, bring efficiencies and innovation to existing processes.

  • You will be responsible for approval of quotation and pricing related to all service activities, calculation of internal and external hourly rates and calculation of spare part prices.

  • You will execute monthly/quarterly reporting of CS key data to management and to headquarters (E2C, I3/I2 reports) in accordance with Siemens Policies and Procedures.

  • You will be the point of contact for new orders, orders on hand and revenue analysis, monthly reporting and forecast.

  • You will prepare relevant Management & KPI reporting as a basis for decision making.

  • You will set up contractional conditions for Service Partners within the framework of outsourcing of service activities, monitor Service Partners performance according to contractional conditions, administrate all commercial activities with Service Partners incl. contract maintenance.

  • You will ensure Compliance with Siemens Healthineers policies, procedures and books and records.

  • You will be responsible to regularly follow up and ensure timely collection of Service receivables from customers to ensure achievement of set DSO and support entity cashflows
  • You will be leading a team of 3-4 employees and will be responsible in managing them in their respective tasks and ensuring their performance, development and evaluation

Your qualifications and experience


  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAP / ICAEW) or equivalent is preferred.

  • 4-8 years of experience in service industry
  • Good understanding of CRM, SCM and PLM processes
  • Process knowledge including order to cash, controlling and budgeting, reporting tools, logistics and inventory management processes and procurement processes is preferred.

  • Strong analytics to understand the business model, derive, and articulate recommendations from findings.

  • Sound knowledge of IFRS, local tax and regulatory environment

  • Sound knowledge of IT systems (ERP/SAP) as well as MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

  • Broad knowledge across business types: service, solution, system, product including software.

  • Experience in working in large MNC’s is preferred
