Position Title: ITBP Marketing & Analytics

Role Type: Permanent

Location:Karachi, Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as a catalyst enabling data/analytics-driven business decisions across the organisation.
  • Serve as the trusted data and analytics consultant to different functions across the organisation.
  • Manage digital marketing & e-commerce technology and applications (e.g., website platform,

Adobe marketing cloud, marketing activation tools, analytics & segmentation tools, etc.).

  • Partner closely with Digital and Ecommerce Hub for efficient & agile delivery of required

solutions & innovations, to enable ambitious omnichannel digital strategy.

  • Continuously experiment with new tools & agile startups for applied benefit in our context e.g.

chatbot, AR/VR, Whatsapp business etc.

  • Ensure all owned digital assets are running at optimal quality, performance, SEO & compliance.
  • Champion privacy compliance in all our data driven marketing solutions & activations.
  • Co-own & pioneer consumer experience excellence in line with our strategic priorities in

omnichannel.

  • Manage global harmonization and connectivity of digital assets (web, CMS, etc.)
  • Prioritize and optimize digital marketing programs that drive commercial objectives.
  • Track and report KPIs that enable continual program enhancement and effectiveness.


Stakeholder Management and key interfaces:


  • Role reports to the IT Manager.
  • Engagement with global Consumer Excellence Platform. Other Product Partners, SI Partner.
  • Engagement with Digital Hub team, Ecommerce Hub team, local Brands, Media team and CMI

team.

  • Engagement with local Digital Agencies and Media partners.
  • Engagement with global Information and analytics team.
  • Engagement with local IT Service providers.


Education


  • Minimum Bachelor or master’s degree in Computer Science/ Software Engineering.


Work Expereince & Required Skills


  • At least 2 years of experience is required in :
  • Driving insights from large scale structured and unstructured data
  • Data Mining, Exploratory data analysis, and modelling
  • Business process analysis
  • Hands on experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot.
  • Experience in all aspects of designing, implementing, and maintaining digital marketing solutions

to meet organizational objectives.

  • Experience with digital marketing platforms: e.g., Customer Data platform, Analytics & audience

management tools, headless CMS architecture, shoppable tools, marketing activation tools etc.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire and enthuse others with a clear vision.
  • Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management, with the ability to win strong

support for ideas
