Digital Media Strategy

  • Develop and implement digital media strategy in compliance with Corteva Digital Media Corporate Strategy

  • Brainstorm & align strategies with all stakeholders

  • Define social media KPIs

  • Building Customer Personas & creating smart goals

  • Setting & managing digital marketing budgets

  • Campaign launchings & Tracking results

Digital Media Planning

  • Develop Social Media Calendar
  • Follow, Update & In Line Crop Calendar
  • Planning for right targeting of Content & posting
  • Digital Campaign & Lead generation planning

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and PD teams

Customer Engagement

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience

  • Launch new campaigns upon customer preference

  • Make new subscribers on all platforms & generate leads

  • Post by Post user behavior understanding

  • Identifying Social Media Influencers & rollout some plans to engage
  • Ensure CS experience by supervise all aspects of social media interaction

New Digital Opportunities

  • Innovative Customer Engagement Ideas

  • Development of new platforms i.e. Farmer Application

  • Creative presentation of content with Design

  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness

  • Using Digital Integration to leverage Each Platform

  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media

  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics

Content Creation

  • Creation of right & high-quality content both static & Dynamic

  • Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice & terminology

  • Smart usage exploiting social media trends

  • Matching customer level & work with brand & technical teams

Know Your Competition

  • Identification of the Social Media Competitors & Gather the data

  • Analyzing all Competitors Activity & Setting up Analytics

  • Awareness about competitors Strategy & Counter

Reporting & Analysis

  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI through measurable results

  • Prepare Quantitative Performance Reports of all Social Media Channels

  • Provide constructive feedback



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field.

  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a digital marketing or relevant role.

  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.

  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics, CRM platforms is required.

  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
