BASIC PURPOSE OF JOB

Greenstar Social Marketing invites applications for the position of Health Care Service Provider based at Karachi and Lahore. This is position is clinic-based and is responsible to provide quality health services to the community. Scope of services would include medical and reproductive health care services, self-care, and family planning.

• To provide clinical services for FP/MNCH programs and general medical health issues at Greenstar self-care clinics in respective regions
• Screening of potential patients visiting clinics and referred by community mobilizers
• Stay in close contact with helpline call agent for client/patient follow up
• Develop the technical and communication skills of aligned community mobilizers on FP, MNCH, and self-care
• Conduct technical sessions on FP/MCH/self-care for community mobilizer and Greenstar providers when required
• Develop referral linkages with assigned facilities for clients/patients referral for advanced screening and services
• Review record of commodities to set pharmacy and laboratory
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for Greenstar self-care clinics
• Responsible for income generation at these centers
