Responsibilities





  • Design and execute growth strategies for achieving your zonal sales targets

  • Manage a large cross-functional team of sales and retailers activations.

  • Keep a close ear in the market.

  • Provide performance visibility to teams as well actionable insights on how to improve their performance

  • Identify trends for your zones and forecast of brand mix and expected performance of new brands and products to be launched

  • Gather market intelligence and have complete understanding of your market retailers and their demands.

  • Keep a close eye on the customer’s experience and drive key initiatives and KPIs to enhance the experience and create delight for customers

  • Create a feedback loop and ensure cross-functional transfer of insights

  • Identify key pain points of the retailer in current operational structures, develop strategies to address the issues, conduct pilots for new ideas and roll-out various initiatives




Skills Required



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, and 2-3 year of work experience in FMCG sales

  • Strong distribution sales and marketing skills and good understanding of mobile markets and retailers profiles.

  • Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment

  • Ability to manage teams and work on tight deadlines
