About the Role:

As Lead HR Business Partner for Commercial Division of Telenor Pakistan, you will be responsible to build credibility with divisional stakeholders. You will also be responsible to develop the Human Resource strategy for the commercial function, deploy key HR products and services aligned to local and functional requirements and provide consulting and change management services to build value and competitive advantage through people and organization.

You will also be expected to enable business leaders in driving talent development agenda. This includes giving enhanced attention to develop talent/leadership pipeline through personalized development plans.

Your Impactful Goals will include:

Strategic thinking: Translate business strategy into HR strategy, action plans and support its execution within Commercial division.

Support business leaders on HR program advocacy; communicating the value of HR initiatives, managing HR program roll out to minimize business disruption and solve significant people and cultural issues.

Help drive change, growth and collaborative mindset across the division and ensure adherence to Telenor Behaviors.

Develop and sustain a high performance strength based culture through the use of Telenor tools and processes.

Advise on modern and optimal organizational structures ensuring long term viability, flexibility and sustainability towards delivering organization strategy and objectives.

Actively support team’s development and build collaboration by engaging with other departments in HR.

Your Typical Day will look like:

Work closely with the business leaders and OD team to develop and implement HR solutions as per business requirements.

Maintain close liaison with the divisional and extended management and be a trustworthy advisor on people related matters.

Manage and effectively lead HR work steam on transformation and change initiatives in the organization.

Maintain visibility and control over headcount development and personnel cost in collaboration with HR Business Partners. Identify potential risks and mitigation plans.

Coach/Supervise HRBP Commercial team to manage performance on key deliverables in line with the Telenor Behaviors, and lead by example in their divisions.

Develop on bridging talent gaps for your division (through developing strategic workforce plans)

Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

Your Career Path:

Opportunity to grow laterally into other HR Business Partnering roles, Manager Organizational Development, Manager Talent Acquisition or vertically as Director HR Business Partner/Director Organization Development.

What we\'re looking for:

Education: Bachelors or Masters degree. Specialization in related field preferred
Work experience:

8-10 years experience in the domain of HR, both generalist and specialized functions.

Experience of working in a fast paced multinational environment.

Direct/Indirect People Management

Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:

Partnership & influencing abilities with senior stakeholders.

Good knowledge of Commercial business acumen & value chain.

Ability to analyze complex situations and come up with effective solutions to problems at divisional level.

In depth knowledge of change management and working knowledge of innovative organizational design approaches.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to act as a coach to its direct & in-direct team members

Ability to drive the people analytics agenda for the domain
