IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Analyze legal cases:

• Examine litigation and identify key legal issues.


• Appearance before the Civil Courts, NIRC and High Courts.

Prepare legal reports:

• Drafts various company documents.


• Prepare legal correspondence.

Coordination with external counsel:

• Arrange information required by external lawyers and ensure attendance of the company’s officials in the courts, if required in consultation with Director Legal.

Liaison with Regions:

• Follow up/Monitoring of legal cases at regional level.


• Liaison with regions regarding Progress of Cases.


• Checking the authenticity and discrepancies of the cases from the regions.

Issue Reports:

• Keeps the higher management fully informed of all new developments in corporate legal matters, also keep all levels of management informed about any new applicable laws, and of the progress and results of court cases all over the country.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

Having LLB or LLM from a reputable and HEC recognized institution

Experience:

Proficient experience in relevant field
