Focus, Scope, & Impact:

  • Drive bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans

  • Provide strategic and executional / franchise unit specific input on Operating Unit-and Market-level portfolio strategy, brand plans (activities, calendars, execution ) and local innovation opportunities

  • Build a strong relationship with key leaders in the system in both TCCC as well as in bottling partner to effectively lead regional market development ensuring the right implementation of projects

  • Ensure high quality market input and strategic local guidance for the development of Operating Unit- and market-level category/brand strategies as well as Innovation projects

  • Own the overall region’s marketing activity calendar, transform the strategic direction and plans form category teams to operational plans and build alignment and engagement behind them for a strong year along calendar with clear priorities and initiate windows used across the system

  • Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers


  • Significant Marketing and leadership experience (15+ years), including leading teams

  • Direct experience with marketing activation

  • Business and commercial acumen, including financial expertise

  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
