Position Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. The HR Intern will work closely with our HR department to support various HR functions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
Experience:
- Relevant experience in technical recruitment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions
- Help manage our Zoho system, including updating employee records and generating reports
- Support HR operations by maintaining HR files, organizing HR events, and providing general administrative support
- Research and analyze HR best practices to support the development of new HR initiatives
- Employer branding practices
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional Verbal & written communication skills.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR Functions and duties.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Suit
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
