This role is based in Karachi at Korangi Site Area

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible to maintain 15 days component inventory onsite as per policy to ensure smooth production.




• Maintain finished goods batch releases in MERP within 24hrs of QA release




• Responsible to execute monthly cycle count and submit its variance report by 5th workday.




• Responsible to submit write-off report on sampling and material damages onsite every month.




• Coordinate with onsite personnel for material receipts, ensure daily GR posting for Raw materials & Packaging materials, completing open PO transactions before 28th workday of month.




• Coordinate with CSC for the vehicle arrangement and timely movement of finished goods from site.




• Align upcountry dispatches with CSC team.




• Responsible to post all transactions for the component inventory received at 3PL warehouse.




• Responsible on movements/ transactions of import material inventory between 3PL warehouse and site.




• Support Imports Manager in bank and clearance related queries.




• Follow SOPs guidelines, Policies, GMPs and Safety Security & Environment guidelines as provided by contract manufacturer.




• Maintain high level of EHS awareness and responsibility onsite.




• Any other responsibility assigned from time to time as per business requirements.




• Comply and ensure compliance to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), Quality and other related policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Corporate Guidelines.




• Comply and ensure compliance to Environment, Health and Safety policies, guidelines, and requirements as applicable by law and Corporate Guidelines.

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Engineering and Supply Chain




• 1-2 years of supply chain experience preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
