SEO Manager – Full-time (Hybrid)

DynamoLogic Solutions is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and revenue through SEO strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing successful SEO campaigns that drive traffic, increase rankings, and improve online visibility for both internal and external projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that align with our business objectives


• Conduct detailed keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for website optimization


• Manage and execute on-page optimization activities, including metadata optimization, content optimization, and URL structure optimization


• Conduct regular audits of the website to identify and fix technical SEO issues


• Conduct backlink analysis and develop and execute link-building campaigns to improve website authority


• Create and execute a content marketing strategy that supports SEO goals


• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the website is optimized for speed and mobile responsiveness


• Monitor and report on SEO performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush


• Provide regular reporting on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink metrics


• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates, and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements

• 4 + years of experience in SEO management with a proven track record of driving organic traffic growth and revenue


• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO


• Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and insights from data and make data-driven decisions


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate SEO strategies and results to non-technical stakeholders


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred

Desired Skills

• You should have previously worked on increasing visibility and authority for websites and apps


• Strong background in keywords research, page optimization, link-building strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)


• Experience with research and analysis to improve a website's ranking on search engines as well as app visibility and features


• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress
