The Role: Specialist, CRM Operations

The Location: Pakistan
Shift: This is a Primarily night shift position (9 am to 6 pm US Eastern time) subject to change based on business needs.
The Team: We are a global team with presence in India, Pakistan and the Philippines. We support the commercial front-line team in the Order-to-Cash workflow. We enjoy an interesting position within the organization and are continuously growing as we integrate our operations with other departments to provide assistance to an ever-increasing list of individuals and departments. The COPS and CRMhelp team have gone through a merger into one larger team “CRM, Operations.
The Impact : The CRM Ops team plays a critical role in the commercial buying experience. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency of the team with impact to the entire Commercial organization as well as to the client experience.

Responsibilities:
- Pricing new sale and renewal quotes in Salesforce
- Draft contracts for new sale and renewal through create a contract (CAC) tool within Salesforce
- Assisting internal partners in fixing net renewal rate (NRR) in salesforce Einstein and providing support
- Participating in data governance projects and assist with clean-up activities within salesforce.
- Participating in UPF projects and assist with providing meaningful solution.
- Resolving general inquiries related to new sales and renewals.
- Providing subject matter expertise while performing the root cause analysis of issues within OTC system to ensure better data quality and client buying experience.
- Collaborate with different internal departments such as order management, legal, fulfillment, Cash apps and collections to resolve client queries.
Requirements:
- Strong comprehension, oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Attention to detail, self-motivation, positive mindset, excellent work ethic.
