Job Purpose


The CI (Continuous Improvement) and Performance manager is responsible to lead and deliver operational excellence programmes across all CoE activities in full alignment with global demand objectives. This CI and Performance manager will work closely to CCC Analytics and Forecasting Teams to ensure standard operating procedures are in place and compliance. The output of the role will support delivery of key metrics: SFA, SFB and process adherence metrics.



Education, Experience & Skills:



  • Bachelors or Master degree in Supply Chain from a reputable university


  • 5-6+ year of experience in Supply Chain preferably in Demand management or operational excellence.


  • Experience of multiple continuous improvement cycles in operations/ Supply chain / Demand forecasting.


  • SAP experience / knowledge.


  • Strong Supply Chain competencies managing within different regions, customer relationship management, performance management, and strategic thinking.




Key Responsibilities



  • Lead continuous improvement programmes and ensure KPIs / visual controls are aligned to Demand objectives.


  • Identify and priorities improvement opportunities (process simplification, team productivity and standardization)


  • Establish and monitor Lean Standard Work


  • Measure and improve team productivity


  • Define internal KPIs and targets.


  • Design and Deploy Capability building plans and GPS Mindset for CoE


  • Own local Standard Operating Procedures and ensure compliance to Global SOPs.


  • On-board new joiners to CoE


  • Provide strategic advice as well as operational solutions


  • Ability to navigate through complexity and find solutions


  • Strong problem-solving skills which demonstrate understanding of business


  • Ability to work effectively in a highly matrix organization across geographies and cultures
