Expert Charging & Billing

About this opportunity

We are now looking for Expert Charging & Billing who will be responsible for the solution architecture, coordination, management, and execution of customer requirements in the charging, billing, and mediation domains. The person will be working in the Planning/ADM department and ensure the timely and quality delivery of CRs and Projects as per agreed SLAs.

What you will do

• Gather and finalize requirements with the customer


• Design the technical solution


• Ensure delivery and execution as per SLAs


• Perform capacity and performance management-related activities


• Work closely with Operations teams


• Planning and Design related Tasks

You will bring

• Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom, CS) and minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in charging billing/mediation domains.


• Preferably prior experience with Ericsson Charging System, EMM, and Qvantel Billing System


• Project Management Expertise


• Knowledge of Managed Service telecom operations practice


• Collaboration Skills


• Ericsson knowledge


• English language skills


• Delivering results & meeting customer expectations


• Effective Coordination with Cross Functional Teams
