Associate - Support Specialist (Reporting & issue triaging), Rapid Innovation, Karachi

Working with the MENA Assurance Operations Team, you will provide analysis & reporting to support leadership decisions. You will also carry out project management tasks for special projects that contribute to achievement of the business objectives.

The role will be based in our Karachi center of excellence and will support MENA Assurance leadership team.

Your Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for providing support to the RPA/ TIDE reporting team and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of reports. The role will also require the resource to monitor issues coming to the support mailbox and triage it to the right support teams. As a support Specialist you will provide support in preparing reports and to develop & deploy new reports. Work closely to ensure data accuracy and completeness for reporting purposes. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to any data discrepancies. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports according to established schedules. Assist with the creation of ad-hoc reports as requested by business stakeholders. Furthermore, you will work with stakeholders to gather information and troubleshoot issues relating to RPA & TIDE portal. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner. Keep track of issues resolved and follow up to ensure resolution.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• 
  At least 2 years of experience in reporting or analytics support role


• Bachelor's degree in computer science


• Experience in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools such as Power BI and other data processing tools


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ideally, you’ll have

• 
  Attention to detail and ability to work independently


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal


• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
