Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as interns. The interns will be responsible for assisting the OPS team with data migration, managing the internal platform/database, and learning different tools within the CRM system. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced environment and will have the opportunity to learn about business dynamics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 
  Support the OPS team with CRM management, including updating advisor information and running reports.
  


• Learn and become proficient in different tools within the internal system, including creating custom reports and dashboards.
  


• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve the internal platform/systems.
  


• Collaborate with other interns and employees to complete projects and assignments.
  


• Assist with data migration and data entry into the platform/systems.
  


• Work with the operations team to ensure accurate data reporting.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Business, finance, marketing or a related field.
  


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  


• Attention to detail and accuracy.
