Job Summary:
Managing brand operations of your portfolio
Lead all promotional activities related to the brand
Manage stock pipeline of any price or packaging changes
Develop and execute consumer promotions
Developing strategy for the portfolio within the context of the category strategy
Analyse building blocks for forecasted growth
Deep dive on product attributes and CVDs
Develop packaging and SKU strategy
Gathering insights from the market (relating to consumers, customers and competitors) and cascading to the broader team
Analysing brand financials and developing interventions to improve profitability
Competitors Analysis- shadow costing, benchmarking with R&D, and building product improvement plans
Key Requirements:
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, Innovation management and delivery, Project and budget management
