About The Role:

Operations Finance Manager at Bazaar diligently manages day-to-day financial procedures and works on budgeting, accounting and analysis. Colleague will be working on account records, revising, and updating financial reports, preparing financial data for internal review.

What You Will Learn:

• Act as a finance business partner for the operations team to ensure that targets aligned by the are cascaded across the teams


• Driver the team on achieving the pre-agreed targets. Monitoring of targets to ensure that any obstacle is timely highlighted to the operations team


• Liaise with the last mile team to ensure the optimum last-mile mix is ensured at each location


• Verify the last mile cost and ensure timely payment and settlement of last-mile vendors


• Coordinating with external stakeholders, including vendors and services providers, to ensure timely reconciliation of their balance


• Identify and drive opportunities for cost optimization in operations


• Review the warehousing agreements and ensure that warehousing cost is optimized


• Provide financial information to the financial reporting team to enable them to prepare the monthly financial statements


• Driving business value by offering expert financial and analytical advice to assist in decision-making processes.
  
  
  

Skills:

• ACCA Qualified / Masters in Accounting & Finance


• 5 years of professional experience in Operations Finance
