Job Purpose

To put in new route to market in low share low reach geographies across the country.

Key Objectives

• Planning and execution of Distributor geographies,

• Planning and managing distributor operations across the country

• Capability development in organization for distributor operation.

Key Accountabilities

1. Responsible for appointing distributors nationally as per the company’s vision.

2. Ensure that the distributors are fully aligned with company’s vision in terms of investments, ROI, OTIF etc.

3. Achieve numeric distribution across the country as per the set target.

4. Responsible for aligning different functions for delivering of distributor agenda.

5. Business Intelligence: Provide market information to National Sales Manager to develop right strategy.

6. Code of Conduct: Support and guide team to adhere to the AkzoNobel Values and Code of Conduct

Education

Post Graduate with 10 to 12 year experience in channel management specially to do with distributor appointment and operations
