The ICSS C&C Analyst is responsible for the performance of the finance team for their Business Unit and Legal Entity by delivering right first-time reporting which is insightful, fast and supports the business to develop accurate plans in a strong controls and assurance environment.

The role helps to deliver the Finance vision of a “world class finance function recognised by industry, the profession and our people” which underpins the HALEON vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Work closely with BU finance / shared service and site finance teams to ensure a smooth month end and year end closing




• Review to ensure completeness and accuracy of the legal entity P&L and balance sheet variance are investigated and resolved




• Preparation & review of balance sheet reconciliations.




• Review & submission of Bank reconciliation statements




• Review and ensure completeness and accuracy of bank related GL posting timeline




• Debtor Management and accounting for bad debts




• Review of fixed assets accounting




• Ensure submission of all corporate reports are per corporate timelines, Financial report is per IFRS and HALEON corporate guideline




• Support any local government report, tax queries or any government inspection




• Support internal and external audit




• Ensure KPIs reflect customer expectations of service, where possible adopt Global KPI metrics




• Ensure risk management and improve internal controls




• Support implementation of process simplification and efficiencies




• Support global projects, when applicable

Education and Experience:

• Qualified CA/ACCA/ICAEWs or University Degree in related field




• 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Reporting and Controls, preferably for a manufacturing company
