CSR - Ecommerce

We are looking for a customer service agent for an e-commerce company. Work US hours. Reliable with at least two years of e-commerce customer service experience on the phone, email, chat, and order processing.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and email inquiries regarding products and brand


• Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry


• Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools


• Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with the team


• Assist customers with after-sales service issues


• Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.


• Able to communicate our company policies concisely to client

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in e-commerce customer service


• Knowledge using Shopify, ShipStation, Re: amaze, Amazon Seller Central, Slack, Google Drive, and Asana


• Reliable with work schedule and responsibilities


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, phone etiquette


• Demonstrates initiative with the ability to multi-task and detail oriented in a fast-paced environment


• Proven to be organized, methodical, rigorous


• Strong team player


• Photoshop and other software basic skills preferred but not required
