Job Description

• Conduct the RAISEC tests to help students find their aptitude/interests.


• Maintain Individual Education Plans for all students


• One-on-one guidance counseling


• Provide mentoring on subject selection, co-curricular activities and career pathways.


• Set the basis for college application.


• Guide students towards SAT, MDCAT, ECAT and other university test preparation


• Actively engage students in co-curricular activities such as sports, public speaking etc.


• Liaison with external parties for profile development of the students


• Organize sessions with alumni and industry leaders on various subjects


• Build the overall profile of all concerned students and focus on academics and wellbeing


• Help students understand and overcome social or behavioral problems through individual counseling sessions
