Position Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js workflows. The ideal candidate must have experience in working with React JS, Redux, and other related libraries.

Education & Professional Qualification:

  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.

  • Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in social media marketing is a plus.


  • Minimum 1 year of proven working experience in a related field.

  • Provide assistance in developing social media content plans.

  • Support in regularly presenting strategy, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Assist Social Media Manager in implementation of a social media strategy.

  • Actively participate in the development of strong brand awareness and reputation across our clients.

  • Understand the audience and community, responding quickly to changes and activity.

  • Create and maintain a visibly professional presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

  • Investigating social media trends and informing management of changes that have an impact on the company's marketing activities.

  • Coordinate multi-channel product marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other channels.

  • In accordance with the client's purpose, research and generate brand-specific material for social sharing.

  • Coordinate with content and design teams for social media Posts.

  • Create reports that effectively communicate impact and influence future strategy and content.

  • Test new strategies, tactics, create new approaches to improve content performance.

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

  • Manage and implement social media calendars.

  • Create best practices and unique engagement standards for digital/social/mobile media.

  • Perform other relevant tasks as per requirement.


  • A proven track record in generating leads and enquiries from across the main social media channels.

  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.).

  • Positive interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, good judgment, a positive attitude, high integrity, and personal initiative are all demonstrated.

  • Outstanding judgment to become a trusted resource for senior leaders to present strategy.

  • Some knowledge of using tools like Canva.

  • Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media KPIs.

  • Comfortable, confident and a humble attitude when engaging with senior leadership.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced culture of change and innovation.

  • Knowledge of social media marketing tools.

  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.

  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and bring relevant and timely updates to the forefront at the right time.

  • Strong knowledge of digital analytics and other social media tools for efficient management of digital communications.

  • Must know about producing analytics reports for web and social media.
