Business Development Manager - Exports

Position Title: Business Development Manager – Exports


Location: Karachi Head Office



Job Description:

• 
  
  Core responsibility is to drive Year-on-year Business growth as per the agreed and aligned Category-wise and Distributor-wise targets, as per JBP
  


• 
  
  Work closely with the Distributor and their Sales and OP teams to closely monitor market demand, distributor performance, gaps and opportunities
  


• 
  
  Obtain and prepare monthly ordering forecast based on the inventory and market demand and send quarterly orders to Unilever Exports team for timely processing
  


• 
  
  Ensure 2-3 months stocks per SKU at all times. Monitor trends closely for any changes and action accordingly
  


• 
  
  Work with distributors with product clearance and logistics as per compliance. Monitor shipment wise value chain, record data and report discrepancies
  


• 
  
  Regular market visits and Retail audits in Kabul, Kandhar, Jalalabad and Mazar to monitor penetration, product visibility, gaps, opportunities and competition activities
  


• 
  
  Coordinate and work with distributors to improve distribution performance, develop new customers and potentials, sales force mentoring and training
  


• 
  
  Work with distributors and external agencies for merchandising and visibility campaigns and other marketing and branding activities
  


• 
  
  Monitor and Implement TPs and CPs in agreement with Unilever to product sales and brand awareness
  


• 
  
  Submit weekly and monthly report to LM to track progress, hi-light issues and take action as and when required
  

Requirements:

• 
  
  5-8 years of experience
