Position Overview:
The Consumer & Shopper Creative Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of marketing and advertising content aimed at engaging and appealing to consumers and shoppers.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies: The Content Manager is responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the Coca-Cola brand marketing and business objectives.

  • Manage content creation: The Content Manager oversees the production of all content, including copywriting, design, and multimedia assets.

  • Creative Concepting & Storytelling: Develop and execute innovative creative concepts that resonate with target audiences, showcasing a deep understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and trends to create relevant, shareable content.

  • Analyze and optimize content performance: The Content Manager uses data and analytics tools to monitor the performance of content across channels and make data-driven decisions to optimize content for maximum impact.

  • Manage external agencies and vendors: The Content Manager is responsible for managing relationships with external agencies and vendors involved in the creation and distribution of content.

  • Content Production Management: Oversee end-to-end content production processes, including briefing, creative development, editing, proofreading, approval, and distribution

  • Ensure content compliance: The Content Manager ensures that all content complies with legal and regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Manage budgets: The Content Manager is responsible for managing content-related budgets and ensuring that all content is produced within budget constraints.

Education Requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, and or IMC, or a related field is required

Related Work Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in content marketing, content management or a similar role, preferably within the consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce industries.

  • Experience in content creation
