The Role: Analyst, Commercial Finance
The Grade (internals only): 8
The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
Work Shift: This is a US Hours role.
The Team: The Market Intelligence Commercial Finance team is responsible for the tactical and strategic support of Market Intelligence’s Sales & Marketing organization. The team ensures accurate and timeline reporting and payments of commissions, headcount forecasting, and surfaces insights through fact-based analysis.
The Impact: This role will be integral to improving operational efficiencies on the commissions team through the utilization of LEAN and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). This role will also help surface valuable insights through reporting to the Market Intelligence finance team and business partners.

Responsibilities:
Support commission process helping mange the reporting of commission-able data-points, including the following:
Process managing and reporting of New Sales
Work with SFDC reports, managed thru access database processes, research and adjust as needed
Manage reconciliations between systems and various reporting (Xactly, SFDC, Access databases, Referrals, Visits etc.)
Work with commercial team to manage changes to new sales
Research queries from sales, work directly with sales teams to resolve issues
Update access database accordingly, update SFDC to align with access database
Provide reporting to various stakeholders, reconcile update adjust
Create and manage commission related general ledger entries
Create and manage commission balance sheet accrual model and reconciliation
Perform required audit reconciliations, sampling and reviews
Help manage new hire position data and plan participant
Work closely with the commercial analytics team improving utilization of Salesforce
Lead process improvement efforts following LEAN best practices to improve Commercial Finance team’s productivity
Develop expertise and support greater utilization of Market Intelligence’s analytical tool suite amongst finance and the business partners
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (accounting, finance, economics, statistics, mathematics or related field)
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem solver
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present issues and ideas
Ability to work independently and as a fully contributing member of a team
Extensive Microsoft Excel knowledge and expertise
Experience working with Microsoft Access and Salesforce
Amenable to work US Hour
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Tableau, Anaplan, Alteryx, Xactly
Ability to program in one or more languages such as R, MatLab, SQL, Python
