KEY INITIATIV

ES AND RESULTS EXPECTED:





Responsible for execution and delivery of Technology Solution Center projects from inventory receipts to order fulfillment. Including ITAD, Repair, Inventory Management, and coordination of projects among various Technology Solution Center departments.


The Production Planner also collaborates with the Project Team, Supply Chain Operations, and internal Zones team members to coordinate product delivery to meet customer requirements and SLAs according to SOW

  • Represents TSC various departments and acts as the single point of contact for internal and external parties.

  • Participates in project onboardings, collaborates with Project Manager Office on executing TSC related responsibilities.

  • Responsible for communicating project deliverables and SLA’s to respective TSC departments. Works with Department managers to ensure work instructions are documented according to SOW and ISO requirements.

  • Assists with Run Book documentations and update for TSC related tasks and functions

  • Responsible for coordinating work with respective TSC departments to meet customer requirements. Sets appropriate expectations according to schedule.

  • Responsible for managing project changes within TSC.

  • Responsible for the quantity and quality of work performed by the TSC team.

  • Serves as an escalation point for issues; resolves conflicts involving production throughput, scheduling, resources, or technical issues.

  • Participates in customer meetings as a TSC subject matter expert.

  • Responsible for providing reporting and metrics related to TSC functions.








PROCESS:






  • Inventory receipt and processing (Reverse logistics and New inventory)


    • Informs receiving of incoming inventory for specific project via hot sheet

    • Ensures inbound shipments are labeled appropriately for proper receiving

    • Acts as an escalation point for receiving discrepancies, works with PM, CSM, Deployment Specialist to solve discrepancies.

    • Ensures product is received to meet customer agreed upon SLA’s


  • Reverse Logistics:

    • Ensures returns are transferred to ITAD timely for processing

    • Acts as a liaison for ITAD for any discrepancies or receipts outside of Project/SOW.

    • Responsible for solving issues, documents discrepancies and collaborates with PM, CSM and Deployment Specialists to solve issues in a timely manner.

    • Tracks customer specific projects through ITAD and documents performance according to metrics and SLAs

    • Coordinates with Inventory Control for inventory transfers with TSC.

    • Ensures customers assets are processed according to customer requirements. Including grading, packaging and labeling.


  • Integration Lab:

    • Communicates schedule and sets expectations of client requirements

    • Works with Integration Coordinator to manages orders releases to meet project schedule

    • Coordinates with picking and shipping on priority orders and sets expectations

    • Act as a liaison for Integration for any discrepancies or order related issues.

    • Responsible for solving issues, documents discrepancies and collaborates with PM, CSM and Deployment Specialists to solve issues in a timely manner.

    • Acts as an escalation point for any Lab related orders.


  • Fulfillment:

    • Ensures orders are shipped according to schedule

    • Communicates and coordinates priority orders to meet shipping cutoff

    • Assist with transportation coordination efforts

    • Responsible for solving issues, documents discrepancies and collaborates with PM, CSM and Deployment Specialists to solve issues in a timely manner.

    • Acts as an escalation point for any Shipping related issues.


  • Systems:

    • Subject manager expert on ERP functions, works with Operations Manager on any AX related requirements to support customer project

    • Documents customer requirement related to nterprise, collaborates with nterprise team and PM on project requirements.

    • Act as a thought leader in coordinating templates and reports in nterprise to meeting customer objectives for project and asset tracking.

    • Proactively identify and help implement enhancements to order/process management processes and tools to support a positive customer experience, streamline order processing, and provide scalable solutions.

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS







EDUCATION/C
ERTIFICATION:






BA/BS in Supply Chain, IT Services or related fields.


3 to 5 years of service coordination and planning experience with IT assets hardware and software or equivalent experience






CERTIFICATES/LICENSES, ETC.




Project coordination or Project management certificates are preferred


Supply Chain training and certificates are preferred




REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:







  • 3+ years’ experience in IT Asset Disposition is preferred.

  • Demonstrates knowledge in risk management, change order management, performance measurement, and project/people management.

  • Experience in working in ISO environment is preferred. Possesses knowledge of audit and tracking.

  • Experience in Quality Control activities, ability to identify and manage risk.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying aligned with project objectives and deliverables.

  • Ability to manage and influence others, both internal and external.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Experience and successful management of projects and service level agreements.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, prior work in ERP and other internal software tools and
