Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels and platforms.
Analyze and optimize the performance and ROI of marketing activities.
Conduct market research and identify new trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing materials and content.
Monitor and report on the competitive landscape and customer feedback.
Support the HRM function in recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
Job Specification:
A bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from a reputable institute like IBA, SZABIST, etc.
At least 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the same or similar industry
Some exposure to HRM or a relevant certification or course
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools
A positive attitude, a growth mindset, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
