Onboarding Analyst

We are seeking for an Onboarding Analyst to join our team. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Complete all steps in the new hire onboarding process from initiation to first timesheet entry


• Provide customer support to candidates and new hires by phone or email


• Ensure Federal and State compliance


• Initiating, tracking and evaluating drug screens and background checks


• Confirm that all requirements have been met in order to clear a new hire to begin work


• Partner with internal & external clients to improve and grow process to meet ever changing needs and requirements

Requirement:

• 5-to-6-year experience HR Onboarding/Hiring


• Excellent English both spoken and written


• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System, HRIS, or other electronic HR document processes


• Experience in performing data analysis or process audits


• Strong sense of urgency, the ability to multitask and high-level customer service experience


• Sensitivity to confidential information


• Self-starter who shows solid initiative and ability to work independently with little direction while exercising good judgement


• Fast – paced; deadline driven environment – can be long hours on projects when needed – general expectations is 40 to 45 hrs. per week


• Very high-performance expectations environment with high degree of accuracy and attention to detail needed
