Location: Karachi
Job Description:
- This role is responsible for driving the future/digital projects nationally,
- Recommend improvements and addition in features to make CD Processes more competitive.
- This role is responsible to drive DDO at national level,
- This role is responsible for end-to-end pilot project execution of future distribution models.
- This role shall work towards identifying opportunities for process optimizations and efficiency.
- This role shall drive optimization and effectiveness in both the different demand functions, demand generation and demand fulfillment. Also responsible, for new ways of working in for the functions.
- To drive and adopt best practices of the competition for the current Unilever business model.
Key skills required for the JOB:
- Business acumen
- Prior Sales experience
- Communication and Microsoft office skills
- Feet on Street and market time
- Strategy and execution skills
- Updated with competition insights
