REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) Hiring of firm/consortium of firms for strengthening the PPP nodes of Agriculture & Industries departments of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Associates in Development (AiD) Pvt. Ltd. is a Pakistan-based development and management consulting company which provides high-quality consulting services in the core areas of 1) Social Sectors; 2) Engineering & Infrastructure; and 3) Environment and Climate Change.

AiD has received USAID’s award for the Economic Recovery and Development Activity (USAID-ERDA) aimed to expand economic opportunities in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and its Newly Merged Districts (NMDs) by strengthening and modernizing the agriculture sector and promoting micro, small and medium (MSMEs) enterprises.

AiD under the USAID-ERDA seeks proposals from eligible and qualified firms/consortium of firms having specific experience of Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) including devising PPP acts, policies, guidelines, frameworks, business plans, feasibilities, project proposals as well as experience in carrying out PPPs technical and capacity building trainings. The Request for Proposals (RFP) document along with all necessary details, terms of reference, requirements and terms & conditions are given in the attached RFP.

Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at Peshawar on June 01, 2023. The exact venue for this meeting will be confirmed by return email to all interested bidders/offeror latest by May 30, 2023.

Interested bidders must confirm to AID – ERDA PMU Office Peshawar in writing about physical /online participation in the pre proposal conference and must confirm the name of their representative by sending an email to procuremen[email protected] by 05:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) May 29, 2023.

Deadline for submitting proposal is 5:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time) on or before June 17, 2023.

Financial proposal to be submitted together with technical proposal in separate sealed envelopes, clearly mentioning the RFP reference number on the envelopes at address and deadline mentioned in the RFP.
