Position: Assistant Manager Institutional Business Services

Job Summary:

This role will facilitate coordination operations, including receiving, checking, and preparing countrywide Institutions’ tenders & all Institutional functions.

Manage all processes to ensure to well-timed submission of tenders to institutions and immediate handling of queries from Institutions and distributors.

Major Responsibilities:

• Provide support for documents for the tender business and coordinate with the stakeholders internal department to complete the required documents


• Prepare requisition for Earnest money/ Bank guarantees for tender business and Prepare Earnest money recovery letters and Bank guarantees for the outstanding amount


• Prepare offering letters reminder letters for Government/ Private Institutions, Inspection Notes and, closely follow up for completion the process till the bills submition to Army for payment


• Manage Institution’s stockiest list, Debtor buyers list and the records of the institution


• Provide support for sample arrangement and follow-up from satellite depots for onward submission to institutions


• Provide support for Demand Review, SOP meetings and audit documents


• Manage relevant documents for Firm Registration / Prequalification.

Education/Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor preferably MBA


• 3-5 years’ experience in Pharma / FMCG company in a similar capacity


• Knowledge of MS Office & BPCS system, expertise in Ms Excel
