E-commerce Manager

Currently, we looking for "E-Commerce Manager", We need experts on-site who can meet targets:

• A major role will be to manage online activity in relation to sales, communication with vendors and reporting.




• Develop and implement e-commerce strategy in order to improve performance on E-Commerce portals.




• Analyze various data in order to deliver data-driven strategies in order to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.




• Promptly and courteously respond to inquiries from various customers and associates.




• Use problem-solving skills to identify root causes of customer complaints and provide feedback on how to improve quality and customer experience.




• Maintaining the log of customer feedback data.




• Strong research skills.




• Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a complex culture, serving disparate needs.




• Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities; open to new learning opportunities




• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.




• Self-driven to achieve goals; high energy level is essential, strong, dedicated work ethic.




• Must be detail oriented and extremely organized.




• Previous experience in eCommerce and/or marketing is a strong plus.




• Report on performance.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.



• 3-4 years experience in E-Commerce, technology and sales.




• Understanding of web design and web analysis is a plus point.




• Marketing and tech background is preferred.




• Understanding and experience in Adobe Photoshop and Google Analytics is preferred.




• Knowledge of digital marketing channels such as SEO, Social Media Display and affiliate marketing channels is preferred.




• Curiosity and passion to innovate.




• Self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute.




• Basic computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).




• Eager to learn new tactics.
