PURPOSE


Afiniti HR department provides support to all internal users. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing services over phone and through e-mail and Physical visit as well



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• Assist with new hire onboarding process including all necessary communication and record keeping.


• Help with off-boarding activities, as required.


• Aid with data management in Paycom.


• Help look for opportunity areas and partner with HR Leadership to develop action plans driving improvements.


• Some administrative functions within the HR department- prepare invoices, answer inquiries, and other duties as assigned.

  • Search multiple email archives & hard drives
  
  
  • Create Employee E files for each employee on drobox
  
  
  • Coordinate with site HR Ops lead on required/completed work
  
  

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled or graduated with an Undergraduate or Graduate program.
