Become a part of our international Legal & Compliance team in Karachi, Pakistan. For the next possible date we are looking for you in fulltime as Subcontractor Management Analyst.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• 
  Responsible for contributing to the global subcontractor management process
  


• Acting as a liaison to deugro group’s operational branches and supporting them in onboarding and renewing subcontractors and agents
  


• Evaluating subcontractor due diligence questionnaires, sanctions screening relevant parties and ensuring records are kept up to date
  


• Advise colleagues in all deugro group offices how to manage and conduct the necessary due diligence required for their operational subcontractors and agents
  


• Support other team initiatives, including development of due diligence questionnaires, improvements in processing and coordinate with the QHSES department in meeting goals surrounding subcontractors and agents
  


• Generally, assist with ad hoc requests and questions from the business as needed

What you can contribute:

• 
  University degree in business administration or any relevant diploma in similar or job-related field is desirable
  


• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and controls (i.e. Third Party Due Diligence requirements on businesses)
  


• Experience in evaluating due diligence questionnaires, as well as with risk management would be desirable
  


• These qualities characterize you: analytical, results-driven, assertiveness, the ability to manage multiple priorities
  


• Good communications skills, also in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
