Senior Manager Supply Planning & Budgeting

Job Summary:
Accountable to manage and executes master schedule process that ensures a balance stability, and responsiveness.

Principal Duties:

• Review master schedule on weekly basis.


• Take appropriate actions to ensure total customer satisfaction and support business strategy by incorporating abnormal demand in planning and control system after approval of Director Manufacturing.


• Generate MAS and reconcile the master schedule monthly with the supply plan resulting from S&OP process.


• Responds to feedback that identifies areas where the Master Schedule impacts Material and / or capacity availability by initiating problem-resolution action.


• Monitor available to promise (ATP) information for accuracy and thoroughness.


• Ensure that no items on the Master schedule are past due and should recognize an Item that cannot be manufactured, purchased, or shipped in past time periods.


• Ensure provision of necessary training and resources.


• Ensure that processes are done under conditions, which meet GPO/CRQS/ EHS Policies / procedures Class A requirements, Local regulatory and cGMP requirement and using approved documentation.


• Ensure compliance of security standing orders/ code of business conduct.


• Monitor KPI’S and perform root cause analysis where applicable.


• Actively support performance Excellence.


• Compilation of Monthly units


• Send Govt. reports


• Consolidate Supply Plan


• Prepare the expense budget for production and consolidate plan/update package


• Interact with Finance for New Product Costing

Key Areas of Accountability:

• Monitor and publish KPIs’


• To maintain Lot Number Register


• To arrange outside batch printed cartons and labels


• To meet export & local demand

Decisions made by this position:

• Take decision for optimum utilization of resources to get the maximum output


• Take decision to meet the Supply Plan by setting products priorities and plan mixed products.


• Set up the priorities of products in manufacturing and finishing to meet the ADS and Supply Plan.


• Areas shut down timeline due to plant maintenance / Filter Integrity Test.

Education and Experience:

• MBA in Supply Chain


• 10 - 12 years of relevant experience
