The Role : Scrum Master

The Team: Marketplace W which is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Marketplace Digital Storefront ( https://www.marketplace.spglobal.com/en/ )
The Impact: The SCM on the Marketplace W team has a shared responsibility to ensure that the team is aligned to both its team and program objectives and is making progress towards delivering them. The SCM facilitate discussions between the business and the technology team members to ensure that they are on the same page.

Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
Develop operational knowledge of business, IT, systems, and implementation processes
Responsibilities:
Guide the team and organization on how to use Agile / Scrum practices and values to delight customers
Guide the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
Coach the Development team in self-organization and cross-functionality
Help the Development team to create high-value products
Cause change that increases the productivity of the Scrum team
Escalates and tracks key team metrics
Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and streamlining information
What we're looking for:
Has basic knowledge of business systems processes, models, and design requirements as well as workflow design.
Has basic knowledge of technical risks, workflow/business process analysis and engineering/quality processes and potential impact on other areas
Solve problems with detailed oversight or interaction
Solve routine problems and analyze possible solutions using standard procedures
As a servant leader, is focused on improving team dynamics so it generates organizational value
Basic / Preferred Qualifications:
Typically requires no previous professional experience or 0-2 years of related experience
Equivalent experience, PSM or CSM a plus
SAFe certification for Scrum Master is a plus
