Qualification
ACCA/ICMA or MBA from reputable institute.
Experience/Skills
Minimum three years of experience in accounting & finance out of which 1 year in Claim processing is mandatory.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Proven computer proficiency required, including proficiency in MS Excel & PPT
Hand on experience of SAP
Ability to multitask as needed
Strong understanding of processes
Strong command on financial data analysis
Adapt to changing circumstances and be open to collaborate
Key Responsibilities
Verify & process distributor’s claims in SAP
Ensure Business Partnering specially with Sales & other peer departments for smooth flow of operations
Record provisions on month end and keep the track of provisions and reverse same on receipt of actual claims
Ensure governance and compliance with established processes and SOPs
Support in designing Policies, Processes & Manual
Regular & exception reporting to management and effective coordination with Global tech team to bring value addition and process simplification through automation.
Prepare monthly dashboard for management review and decision making.
Liaising with external and internal auditors
Perform monthly BSRs & Controls as per guidelines.
