Position Purpose:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The individual ensures that the company’s online presence, promotions & projects are meeting brand standards in order to market services successfully.
Education & Professional Qualification:
- Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
- Certification(s): Not mandatory but certification in digital marketing is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities:
- Measures and reports on the performance of all digital marketing efforts, and compares it to goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Research new digital marketing techniques and trends, and remain abreast of developments in the digital marketing space.
- Oversee all social media platforms on a daily basis, adjusting content to suit different channels and in compliance with various current norms.
- Ensure the performance and financial viability of the digital and social media platforms.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success.
- Oversee the creation of brand-consistent and regionally relevant content for various online platforms and channels.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Maintain, monitor, and optimize all the channel's performance.
- Creates new and innovative growth strategies using digital marketing.
- Provide vision and strategy to enhance our digital presence.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of the digital experience.
- Assist Digital Marketing Director in planning and executing all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Determine key audiences and the best methods to engage them via digital media.
- Leverage social listening and digital analytics capabilities to draw actionable insights.
- Monitor, track, evaluate, and report on social media platform performance using tools like Google Analytics and NetInsight etc.
- Perform other relevant tasks as per requirement.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Full understanding of all social media platforms.
- Demonstrable experience in the implementation of large-scale digital projects.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
