About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the office to provide top-notch recruitment services and consultancy within an IT area working with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Senior Recruitment Consultant will assume responsibility for the client / stack centere portfolio focusing on Pakistan market


• This role implies full process leadership & direct engagement with senior level stakeholders as well as top notch candidate pools


• You will develop strong knowledge of relevant talent pools & Ciklum’s strategy to adjust recruitment focus accordingly


• You will apply all relevant methodologies to access & attract top talent for Ciklum & it’s clients in Pakistan


• You will get sourcing / agency support where needed & access to full set of candidate sourcing tools


• Senior Recruitment Consultant will represent Ciklum to the highest standard & will promote company employer brand

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists in international companies, recruitment agencies


• Experience in candidate selection, interviewing


• Experience in direct search and headhunting


• Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process


• Good understanding of Spanish IT job market


• International recruitment experience would be an advantage


• Advanced level of written and conversational English


• Excellent communicator with strong relationship building skills


• Positive attitude & result oriented approach
