Position Objectives


Trainings and workshops for capacity building of provincial health teams and field staff and prepare reports for planning and execution of projects.


Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities


1. Work towards the achievement of PRCS goals


2. Drafting project reports and relevant documents for dissemination of information to stakeholders.


3. Assisting in arranging trainings and workshops for capacity building of provincial health teams and field staff.


4. Monitors and reviews the success of training programmes through questionnaires and discussions with stakeholders.


5. Collects data on training and development activities of health and health related personnel in the private and public sectors.


6. Liaises with medical institutions and assessing programmes to determine if they meet the health needs of the country and of the Ministry of health.


7. Record keeping of all data, ensuring quality checks, and eliminating any errors. Forwarding these documents to the relevant departments as necessary.


8. Regular coordination with provincial and district chapters to ensure any challenges are resolved in a timely manner.


9. Assisting on monitoring visits to the field.


Any other duties as assigned by the management.






Education






Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Management or any other relevant degree in Health-related field / qualification.








Experience






§ At least 2-3 years of experience working in a Health Sector training and development environment.








Skills/Knowledge








  • Very Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point.



  • Very Good Communication Skills.



  • Very Good Report Writing Skills.



  • Experience in capacity building and trainings of health service providers.



  • Sound knowledge of working on financial tools and software.



  • Very Good team player (service oriented), able to work in stressful situation.



  • Flexibility to adapt to fast changing circumstances.



  • Team Management Skills.
