Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Operations to establish and manage the operations function for our Ecommerce B2B business. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a high-performing operations team, designing efficient processes, and ensuring seamless supply chain management. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead the growth of our business in these regions.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Build and Lead Operations Team: Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled operations team capable of delivering top-notch performance.


2. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the operations strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives


3. Process Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure exceptional customer experience.


4. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards and customer satisfaction.


5. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the operations function and make
data-driven decisions.


6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the operation of the business.


7. Cost Management: Control operational costs while maintaining quality and service levels.



8. Continuous Improvement: Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the operations team




Qualifications:



  • Master’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from premium institutes.




  • Proven experience in building and managing operations teams in the Ecommerce or B2B industry.



  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and procurement.



  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.



  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.



  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.



  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving operational excellence.



  • Experience in the Southern market is a plus.
