Job Description




Recruitment Specialist



  • Responsible for handling complete recruitment cycle (i.e. getting requirements from clients to place the selected ones on board)

  • Arrange, maintain and update candidates’ database in an organized manner for opportunities in the future

  • Develop plans for business development for prospects and clients and keep maintaining efforts for generating new business

  • Carry out research and data collection to understand the organization and conduct analysis

  • Coordinate interviews for client’s employees, management team and other stakeholders

  • Documenting processes and preparing progress reports

  • Reporting to management

  • Perform other relevant tasks assigned by senior management


Requirements



  • Masters degree preferably MBA (HR) from recognized institute

  • At least 2-3 years proven experience in recruitment preferably in HR consultancies

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and consulting skills

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Able to understand instructions from management clearly and make prompt actions accordingly

  • Should be able to work independently as well as a part of team
