The Title: IT Project Manager
The Grade: 09 The Location: Islamabad, Pakistan
The Team: We work in a scrum / Agile framework. Individual will join one of the many scrum teams that are located across our offices. Scrum teams are mostly domain focused and they deliver work as per the organizations priority.
The Impact: As a PM-BA in the scrum team, An individual will be a mediator between developer, Quality Assurance and UAT. Collecting requirement from PO, getting it developed by the developer, getting it tested with the help of QA and UAT and ensuring the rollout of the same to production. What’s in it for you:

Requirement gathering
Primary Analysis of requirement
Project health communication & updates
Ability to Estimate requirements
Prioritization of requirements
Getting the requirements developed
Writing SQL procedures.
Getting the developed requirements tested
Ensuring precise delivery. What We’re Looking For:
A Degree in Computer technology
Communication skill: ability to communicate to stakeholders & Project team
SQL knowledge: Good knowledge of Stored procedures, Joins, Functions
Analysis ability
Estimation ability
Risk identification ability
Problem Solving ability
